During project phase follow up for equipment installation, inspection, FAT, SAT, testing & commissioning reports, collection of manual, data sheet drawings, handover (HOTO), BOM, SPIL etc punch points clearance, startup & project contract close up in various Oil & Gas onshore/off shore plants
ROLES / RESPONSIBILITIY:
Plans, organizes, directs, coordinate and administers through SAP PM, MM & technical expertise recommendation to all onshore & offshore facility equipment’s under normal operation(SOP) & maintenance task list by developing/updating maintenance technique(SMP) and inspection management system for critical equipment’s so that the terminal availability targets are achieved.
Service contracts for electrical, mechanical, HVAC, scaffolding, Painting, calibration, testing requirements, scope of work( SOW) for all service contracts, MOM, PR, MR, TR, AMC, ARC, LTSA & planning for Inventory (SPIL, ROL, ROQ, BOM) as well as to ensure plant equipment availability, integrity and statutory certification of plant.
To coordinate review, update and maintain all Plant Inspection, Testing & Maintenance (ITM), hazardous area equipment standards & critical safety system (CSS) management related technical documentation (AMC, standard operating procedures, manuals. etc).
Establishing standards of competency and Training plans for individuals who implement the critical ITM. Ensure Inspection and testing results are in line with the Integrity Strategies.
Coordinate for availability of all material/spare/tools SPIL/SPIR & service contract planning connected with multi-disciplinary projects development under OPEX & CAPEX, modifications and alternations to existing system or the installation of new equipment and systems, whether requested by the Maintenance Department, project contractors.
Work contracts, Tender specification, SOW for all major contracts, MOM, PR, MR, TR, AMC, ARC, LTSA, Various statutory compliance & planning for Inventory (SPIL, ROL, ROQ, BOM) as well as to ensure plant equipment availability, integrity and statutory certification of plant.
Provides Simple PM & detail inspection/overhaul schedule for both offshore & onshore facility equipments and follow up for any deviation & job completion.
Provides technical expertise with experience based knowledge to technical and operational divisions/departments on all matters related to reliability assessment and reliability monitoring, diagnosing and rectifying malfunctions and faults, focusing on Critical Safety Systems (CSS).
Provide overall engineering management through internal resources and/or 3rd party, including supervision of engineering (study of single line protection, schematic, up-front technical service), quality of work progress & safety.
Investigate and recommend solutions to field problems involving substation equipment, switchgear, motor control, large motors, and small electrical appliances. Prepare reports and recommendations.
Prepares or reviews testing & commissioning procedures connected with multi-disciplinary projects, modifications and alternations to existing systems, or the installation of new equipment and systems
