Negotiation, Purchase order processing, Service
Agreements/Contracts Processing, Procurement, Paper Work and
Accounting
3. Accounts receivables (Order to Cash):
Customer order is documented, Order is fulfilled or service is
scheduled, Order is shipped to customer or service is performed.
Invoice is created and sent to customer, Customer sends
payment/collection, Payment is recorded in general ledger

4. Asset Accounting (Acquire to Retire):
Acquire Assets, Recognize and Register, Assign Depreciation and
Amortization, De-recogniation and disposal
5. Month Close (Record to Report):
Collecting, processing and delivering relevant, timely and accurate
information, generating financial and management reports,
reconciliation of actual results to budget, forecast and
prior year results
6. Payroll :
Update list of employees for whom compensation is to be paid,
Update compensation agreed upon and its structure, Process
Payroll, Generate Salary Register, Distribute Salary to employees by
way of netbanking, Update Payroll data in accounting software,
Generate PF, PT, ESI, and IT reports, Make payments to PF, PT,
ESI, and IT departments, Generate reports for various agencies and
MIS reports,
Conduct regular and ongoing audits, Employee withholding tax,
Filing Quarterly ETDS Return
7. Statutory Compliances :
Compliance and liaison with various authorities
Employees Provident Fund, Employees State Insurance, Karnataka
Profession Tax, Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishment
Income Tax, Karnataka VAT, Service Tax, STPI
Goods and Service Tax Law
Attending and representing before various statutory authorities.
8. Business Finance & Working Capital Management:
Effective Cash Flow Management.
Fund Raising from Banks & NBFC for Working Capital & credit
monitoring
Preparation and Submission of Credit Monitoring Arrangement
(CMA) data
Preparation and Submission of Projected and Provisional Financials
Preparation and Submission of Monthly receivable report.
Liaise with Bank on Receivable audit by Banks empanelled auditor.

9. Statutory Audits And Finalization of Accounts :
Preparation and Finalization of Company’s Financials in line with
Provisions of Companies Act and Income Tax Act.
Oversee annual / periodic internal audit and statutory audit
Filing Annual returns and Financials with Register of Companies.
Perform / assisting for company secretarial functions for ensuring
compliance.
10 .Management reporting:
Annual Budgets, Projected Cash Flow, Projected Income statement.
Projected Balance Sheet
Performing financial analysis, variance analysis and financial
statement review
Receivable and Payable ageing
Order Master, Invoice Master, Pending Order Master, Recurring
Revenue Master
Variance report actual against forecast
