• Financial Reporting which includes Statement of Financial Position, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows etc.
• Assist internal and external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.
• Perform workings for Period Closing Monthly and Yearly.
• Supervise daily Bank activities and varifying payment dealings for Clearings and reconcilation on daily basis.
• Guide subordinates for general ledgers preparation & authorize for Chart of Accounts Entries.
• Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.
• Responsible for Fixed Assets which includes updating work-in-progress schedules, transfer from AuC to Fixed asset, Sale & Scrap by using SAP ERP software, booking depreciation and completing the fixed asset roll-forward.
• Responsibility for ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting for VAT in the general ledger in accordance with business timetable.
• Assist TAX Manager for preparing monthly Tax Return.
• Responsible for monthly cost allocation and assessment to various subsideries and divisions.
