DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedule of various Electrical Equipments to decrease Breakdown time and increase equipment reliability.
•Maintenance of Electrical System such as Switch Gear Control Panel, MV Panel LV Panel and Sub Main Distribution Board.
•Maintenance of 2000 KVA Transformer with Switch yard
•Maintenance of 1250 KVA Generator AMF Panel and Synchronize Panel
•Maintenance of Water Pumps control by VFD, Sewage Pump Control, Water Heaters,
•Maintenance of Electrical Equipments such as UPS, Generator, Battery Charger for ACB.
•Maintenance of Lighting system and Emergency Lighting.
•Maintenance of Fire Alarm System, Telephone System .
•Maintenance of Key Pad Access system with Video Door Phone and Swing door and Automatic Sliding Doors and Automatic Road Barrier System.
•Maintenance co-ordinate with Mechanical equipments such as pumps, kitchen equipments.
To Co-coordinate the site Work
•Reading and preparing the Electrical drawings such as SLD (Single Line Diagram), Cable Laying route, Cable trench layout, Lighting layout (incl of Emergency lighting layout) with power layout, Earth layout, Lightning layout and Fire Alarm layout.
•To follow the equipment installation such as Door Access System such as Video Phone Door, Swing Door and Sliding door, and Fire Alarm System,
•To co-ordinate with contractor the cable for Switch Gear Panel, MV Panel (HV cable, LV cable, ELV), Distribution board, telephone line and Networking line
