units, strictly adhering to SOP and SOC guidelines.
Execute safe plant startup, shutdown, and emergency procedures;
collaborate with field operators to troubleshoot process bottlenecks and

Execute alarm management, respond to ESD, SIS, and PESS interlock trips;
manage emergencies including power failure, instrument air failure, utility
failure, and DCS failure to minimize plant downtime and personnel risk.
Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation departments for
preventive maintenance (PM), instrument calibration, and Permit to Work
(PTW) compliance per HSSSEQ standards.
Perform root cause analysis on identified anomalies and equipment faults;
communicate actionable recovery strategies to Shift Superintendent;
maintain shift logbooks and prepare operational and shutdown reports.

Monitored and controlled steady-state operations for Linear Low-Density
Polyethylene (LLDPE), High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), and Hexene-1
plants using Honeywell DCS to achieve budgeted production targets and
strict product specifications.
Spearheaded the successful commissioning of the Hexene-1 plant; resolved
critical withdrawal section choke issue through systematic troubleshooting;
awarded official commissioning completion certificate by Reliance Industries
Limited.
Handled pyrophoric materials including Triethyl Aluminum Chloride (TEAL)
and Diethyl Aluminum Chloride (DEAC) with strict MSDS, PPE, and chemical
safety procedure compliance.
Controlled reactor process parameters, catalyst systems, DEWAXING
reactors, UNISAR reactor, and polymerization loop; maintained product
specification adherence and production targets.
Administered the Permit to Work (PTW) system and safety isolations;
coordinated with Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation departments for
preventive maintenance (PM) and process instrument calibration.

Mitigated personnel and equipment risks during power, instrument air, and
DCS failures through rapid troubleshooting and decisive emergency response
per onsite emergency response plan (OERP).

Operated and optimized the Ammonia plant (KBR Naphtha and Natural Gas
Steam Reforming) and large-scale utility operations utilizing Yokogawa
Centum VP DCS panel and ESD console including Hydrogen Production, CO2
Absorption, and PSA Unit.

Managed critical rotary equipment including Solar Mars 100 11.8 MW Gas
Turbine with HRSG, 140 bar hydrogen reciprocating compressors, 24 MW
cryogenic refrigeration compressors, extraction-condensing turbines, cooling
towers, and boiler feed water systems across multi-pressure steam systems.
Commissioned Solar Mars 100 Gas Turbine (11.8 MW) through systematic
startup, troubleshooting, and optimization; successfully reduced plant steam
consumption by 60 TPH.

Led the commissioning of Hitachi Japan Multistage Centrifugal Process Air
Compressor; successfully increased plant capacity by 55 knm3/hr through
parameter optimization.
Commissioned Siemens Extraction-Condensing Steam Turbine and reduced
steam consumption by 40 TPH; also commissioned HRSG boiler feed water
loop and back pressure-to-condensing turbine conversion eliminating excess
steam generation.
Executed Ammonia Synthesis Loop operations, Top-fired Reformer (90
burners) monitoring, Ammonia Horton Sphere storage, and Catalyst Loading
and Unloading of Primary Reformer, Shift Converter, and Ammonia Converter.
Ensured compliance with all HSE safety practices utilizing Fire and Gas
detection systems; maintained LOTO, car seals, blind management,
instrument air and plant air monitoring; responded to near-miss incidents in
alignment with corporate HSE policy.
