Approach all parties that related contractually of project (Contractors, Consultants and Clients) in order to secure the finalization of the project.
Present technical solutions matching with NFPA standard, Emirates Code as per project and customer requirement along with contract proposal in order to facilitate an implementation.
Presenting the company’s various products through high impact presentation skills and showcasing high quality of salient characteristics.
Receiving and handling customer’s inquiries and suggestions.
Initiate & offer value, add solutions to clients.
Negotiation terms of contract, price and closing sales
Following up with the customers on products and support issues.
Discussing with the consultant regarding the material submittal and shop drawing and following up the approvals
Managing the support and logistics teams during project processing
Actively involved in sales & marketing campaigns for products across U.A.E
To identify the target & potential customers
To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by attending meetings with all the clients and getting approval from them for the product
Preparing technical proposals according to the customer requirements
To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary and facilitating show rounds with potential clients to show them our facilities
Achieving sales targets
Contracting bookings Promotion of our facilities to new and existing clients through a pro-active approach.
Conducting market research activities
Preparing questionnaire and analysing the data
Completing the projects within the deadline
Preparing power point presentations at the end of the project to communicate with the clients
Conducting online surveys
