Collaborating with procurement staff on a daily basis to coordinate the receiving process. Receiving shipments from both local and international suppliers. Managing and handling necessary paperwork upon receipt of shipments. Conducting inspections of all received contents to check for damage and ensure accuracy in volume. Managing the process of returning incorrect shipments. Maintaining effective communication with relevant stakeholders, including suppliers and shippers. Handling and documenting invoices related to received goods. Maintaining records and contributing to inventory controls to ensure accurate stock management.
