• • Process Simulation using HYSYS and PROMAX simulation software.

• Design and sizing of Amine Sweetening unit, JT unit, Mechanical recovery unit(MRU), Condensate and Crude Stabilization unit, H2S and Sour water Stripper, Mol.sieve and Glycol Dehydration unit and NGL Recovery Plants.
• Equipment Sizing and Rating. (Two Phase Separators, Three Phase Separators, Scrubbers, Flare Knock Out Drum, Slug Catcher).
• Pump and line Hydraulics and NPSH Calculations.
• Calculation and Sizing of Tray Tower and Packed Bed Tower using KG Tower.
• Heat exchanger and Air Coolers sizing and rating using ASPEN EDR.
• Flare system Sizing and Depressurization Calculations.
• Preparation & Review of Process deliverables - Line List, Tie-In List, Process Equipment List, Utility Summary, Operation Manual, Process Design Philosophies, Process Cause and Effect Matrix
• Participation in Design Review and HAZOP Meetings
• Selection and sizing of PSV, Control Valves, PVVV &Flame arrestor.
• Preparation of Depressurization Study Report using HYSYS Software
• Float enquires and Review of Vendor Offers.
• Preparation of Philosophies (Isolation, Venting & Flaring/Blowdown, Emergency Shutdown, Operating & Control)
• Perform simulations and estimating capacities for various proposals.
• Working within a multi-discipline engineering team to execute and co-ordinate inter-discipline engineering checks. Ensuring co-ordination with other engineering disciplines as required.
• Provide Engineering support to operations and commissioning disciplines.
• Client RFQ review and Preparation Proposal Documents.
• Perform simulations and estimating capacities and provide technical support for proposal works and come up with man-hours estimation in addition to raising technical queries to accurately define the project scope of work.
• Performing process calculations, PFD, P & ID’s and utility distribution diagram.
• Preparation of process data sheets for individual equipments.
• Preparation of heat and mass balance calculations.
• Preparation and reviewing of datasheet of individual equipments with required specifications and documentation control.
• Prepare tie-in control schedule, which is consistent with the P&ID.
• Calculation pipe wall thickness& NPSH for pumps.
• Preparation of line list, valve list and equipment’s list and preparation of bill of material (BOM).
• Sizing of Tanks, Vessels and Kilns (Rotary, Vertical) and flare system
• Pressure drop &line Sizing of pipelines/duct and Making HAZOP studies.
• Checking of drawing i.e. G.A., Equipment, fabrications & P&ID’s drawings etc which include direction, plot plan, piping Layout, nozzle orientation, elevation & bill of material etc.
• Selection and sizing of PSV, PRV, PVVV &Flame arrestor as per safety procedures.
• Float enquires and Obtain Quotes as per process requirement.
• Preparing various Piping and Project works as per codes and standards (ASTM) like Layouts, Material Selection, preparing MTO, Plant Layout, BOM and etc.
• Review of Design and selection of system meets the client’s requirements.
• Commissioning of PLC operated plants and handle trouble shooting operations.
• To coordinate with team at site Persons & departments like purchase & marketing for smooth execution of projects in time.
• Carrying out Size & Capacity Utilization Studies.
• To prepare Control Philosophy and Operation & commissioning manuals for our products.
• Experience also includes direction & follows up with construction or maintenance team to deliver the quality work.
• Sharing complete responsibility from design to execution with the project manager and other departments.
