➔ Acquiring new accounts, procuring both fresh and repeat orders within Government/ Defense and Non- Government/ Civil accounts for Aviation headsets.
➔ Managing key Clientele such as Indian Navy, Army, Air force - Base Repair Depot (BRD), Center for Airborne systems (CABS), Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Electronics Corporation of India Ltd. (ECIL), Defense Electronics & Application Lab (DEAL) and Civil Aviation Departments of respective states.
➔ Estimated and quoted prices, credit and contract terms, warranties and delivery dates for corporate clients and Defense sales.
➔ Partnered with Scandinavian Avionics or S.A. Airworks for warranty / non-warranty repairs in India.
➔ Ensured yearly quality control audits through FAA and EASA - 8130 for SAAW.
➔ Conducting Sales promotion programs for Bose Consumer Audio products such including reward program management for Key partners like AMEX, Citibank, RBS, ITC hotels and Renault India.
➔ Introducing consumer oriented marketing activities to generate bulk sales and increase footfall at Bose stores via new product launches and organizing events for key partners including launch of Bose Gift card with unique MID Lock feature and exclusive EMI facility at 37 Bose stores across India.
➔ Obtaining corporate sale accounts by adding private limited organizations, reward management companies for institutional sales and corporate gifting.
