- Spearheading FICO module to deliver roll-ins & template enhancement projects; overlooking the overall service operations & service delivery activity for SDC (Service Delivery Centre) for FICO Module
- Responsible for assisting with current rollouts to support existing global implementations for Latin America & Central Asia
- Functioning as:
o Template SPOC for designing & delivering solutions which will further strengthening global template in order to fulfil the
business requirements in the area of FICO
o A strong partner to the supply chain stakeholders as well as for Service Management Team; enabling FICO Team to
deliver various projects according to overall methodology & timeline and keeping all stakeholders well-informed about the
progress of various template improvements, enhancements & roll-ins
- Extending 3rd level support & carrying out proactive problem management; adopting best practices across templates
- Looking after quarterly releases and fortnightly fast tracks
- Administering service delivery and service operation function along with complete vendor management
- Undertaking activities related to template driven implementations such as roll out / in across organizational entities
- Stellar in managing and clearing the backlog SAP issues.
- Successfully developed the Joint Signature Work flow automation.
- Played a key role in implementation of background scheduling of payment run making use of SAP Factory calendar for scheduling.
- Conducted Impact Analysis for GL properties change, Bank instruction/Payment summary modification, Vendor Invoice E-mail notification, carrying out technical feasibility for using SAP PM’s Refurbishment process for Capital Spares.
- Dexterously developed complex management level KPI Reports, audit report for Internal Auditors, Data Extraction
Report for third-party Reporting tool, DME reformatting including Report modification for customized Reports used by the Customer, prepared Impact Analysis document for highlighting the Impact of the Change in GL Master data on the Existing SAP setup.
- Instrumental in resolving issues relating to the SAP EHP5 (Enhancement Package 5) for SAP ERP 6.0, Resolving issues related to PO Inconsistencies, wrong Bank statement upload, Role determination/modification, Joint venture posting errors, BAPI/RFC/IDOC errors, ABAP Dumps in Z Reports, Rounding difference errors in FI postings, Currency and other Integration issues.
- Besides coordinating the integration of the modules, was also responsible for the design, configuration and implementation of all FI sub-modules, configured MT940 Electronic Bank statement, configured the Manual Cheque Deposit functionality for all the collection Depots, Setup GL Account determination for Excise/Withholding Tax Posting.
- Dexterously developed scripts for cheque printing and cheque deposit slips, preparing all the documentation from Blueprint to UAT test scripts & Training documents.
- Efficiently handled troubleshooting all the FI/SD/MM/PP related integration issues.
- Stellar in implementing the Flexible Real Estate and the Treasury & Corporate Finance Management module, SAP
correspondence automation, Planned systematic upload of Treasury Master data, Activating SAP Audit Information System and designed and configured user authorization and authorization profiles for users of this module,
defined and implemented interfaces from and to the Clients Legacy systems like Water/Ocrtoi Billing systems.
- Played a key role in preparing Auditor’s training manual and conducted training for the Internal Auditors, prepared UAT test scripts and training documents for the areas related to FICO and conducted training for the same, development of SAP training plans for the FICO module.
- Efficiently handled business partner related errors and troubleshooting of all the FI/SD/MM/PS and EP related integration issues.
