• Setting up the maintenance department, SOP preparation and preventive maintenance
schedules and implementation.
• Monitoring the Day-to-day activities of different sections like electrical, AC, Plumbing and
civil engineering activities.
• Adopting energy conservation methods for saving the energy.

Setting up the entire formulation facility unit, utility equipment’s and Pharma equipment’s as
per USFDA standards.
• Overall Responsibility of Engineering Dept.
• Installation and commissioning of DG, AHU, water system, and other utility equipment’s.
• Looking after project work which involves HVAC System, Civil works, and Pharma
machinery installation.
• Preventive Maintenance schedules, SOP’s implementation and documentation.
• Budget finalization, AMC Maintaining and implementation of energy saving methods.
• Liasioning with Governmental departments for various approvals.
Overall Responsibility of project and facility Management.
• Installation and commissioning of DG, Gas Plant equipment,
water system, CSSD equipment’s.
• Looking after project works like HVAC System, Civil works, and
machinery installation.
• Coordination of PM schedules, SOP’s implementation and documentation.
• Budget finalization, AMC Maintaining and implementation of energy saving methods.
• Cost controlling and spares Management.
Operation, Installation, and Maintenance of Process and utility Equipment’s, and Pharma
related equipment’s.
• Maintenance of all the equipment’s (mechanical, Electrical) to ensure 100% availability of
equipment at all time in good condition. This involves Preventive maintenance planning &
implementation.
• Executing the maintenance schedule for the process
• Equipment’s, utilities, and Material management and Inventory control.
• Handling the Water system for the process and API Area.
• Operation and Maintenance of the RO Plant, DM Water plant.
