•Acting as a Company support to sort-out contractual clauses with EPC & PMC for disputed items and activities during project execution
•Guiding the team to carry out walk downs, pre-commissioning activities, inspections, dry-outs, catalyst loading, etc, in a systematic and safe way
•Preparing commissioning & start-up plans and micro planning activities related to CSU with respect to resource availability, support groups availability & alignment, manpower availability etc.,
•Trouble shoot and resolve technical issues encountered during project execution stages, commissioning & start-ups and operations to attain steady state operations.
•Developing documents that would help in CSU & Operations, like Operating Manual, SOP, CSU procedures, Mock Drill Scenario, Emergency Handling Cards, Checklists, Blind Lists, etc.
•Reviewing of technical project related documents and suggesting technical modifications as per requirement
•Suggesting modifications, related to deficiencies and lacunae in design, construction and that envisaged during commissioning and start-ups
•Liaising with EPC, PMC and Vendors as company representative to chalk and execute project related aspects to ensure a smooth and safe commissioning and subsequent operation
•Developing reports, presentations and plans for project related matters
•Tracking of project progress and analyzing delays
•Commissioned Hydrogen & all allied Plants safely & successfully.

•Handled Vacuum Gas Oil Hydrotreater (Axen) (75Kg/cm2g, 380 Deg C) Diesel Hydrotreater (UOP), Hydrogen Plant, Merox (LPG, Naphtha sweetening), Amine Treating Unit (ATU), High Pressure Amine Absorber, Low Pressure Amine Absorber, Stripper, Naphtha Stabilizer and Fractionator.
