Managing Supply chain function by directing and coordinating all aspects of Inventory management including planning, procurement, storage and distribution of Ice-cream, Paper products, all other edible & non edible stocks including the major & minor equipment.
Ensuring efficiency in supplies, quality in storage & control in costs.
To review Monthly Inventory plan on the basis of sales forecast and process orders with Principal and other overseas and local suppliers.
To maintain the up-to-date information of orders placed and follow up with the suppliers for changes and timely dispatch of goods .
To monitor/review the stock position and pending orders constantly in relation with the requirement and sales trend and ensure the availability of optimum stock level always and to avoid surplus or shortage of stocks.
To Supervise the functions of Store keepers and bring about efficiency in storage by following FIFO system in stock movement, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and record.
To plan the Parlour supply schedule in coordination with the Operations’ team and ensure regular supply of stocks to the parlours so that there are no shortage or excess of any items at any time in the parlours
To review the stocks level of all Depots and do the inter Depot transfer of stocks if necessary to avoid excess, shortage or Expiry of stock at all the Depots .
To prepare inventory forecast (ice cream and Paper products) for budgeting purpose on the basis of sales forecast and consumption data.
To make sure ice cream and other edible items are stored and supplied at the prescribed temperatures.
To make sure all our cold stores are maintained at prescribed temperatures and to take immediate action if any drop in temperature is noticed to safe guard the Ice cream and other frozen products.
