Recruitment and Selection:
Checking requisition raised by departmental heads, coordinating with functional heads for a clear understanding about manpower requirement, preparing JD and desired candidate profile accordingly.
Forwarding the JD to

Handling team of 10 consultants.
Tracking vacancies across region - Daily follow up & updation.
Timely completion of recruitment target as per given plans.
Scheduling the interview of the Candidate and keep updating to the Client and follow up with applicants till they join the Company.
Interaction with Client on a day-to-day basis to keep track of current requirements.
Developed MNC clients like all major Automobiles industries, Heavy Engineering, manufacturing industries, FMCG etc.
High level of proficiency with MS Outlook, Office, MS Word and Excel software.
Familiarity with Internet navigation and on-line recruiting technology/tools.
Taking care of payment collections of placed candidates.
Establish and maintain standards of quality, as measured by new business acquisition, productivity, client servicing and repeat business.
Recruitment Cycle:-
Full Life-Cycle recruiting experience, right from crystallizing the requirement specs to closing the requirement.
Understand the clients requirements and sourcing the right candidates with appropriate skill sets
Sourcing resumes from active databases, identifying potential candidates using job portals, existing database, contacts and referrals.
Identifying candidates through Networking, Referrals & other means.
Interacting and coordinating with the candidates to maximize the referrals.
Self involvement in preliminary telephonic interviews with candidates to ascertain their Competencies, skills and aspirations (position, salary, relocation aspects Etc).
Secure offer and acceptance by determining appropriate compensation to ensure satisfaction on both the sides.To support the company business by recruiting candidates with the right skills, experience, aptitude, values & attitudes in the agreed time frame
