- We are responsible for creating and keeping up to date Six Sigma level processes and IT systems for
Trade and Marketing both at HQ and Clusters globally.
- I personally am a sponsor for Green Belt and lead a team of Black Belt and Green Belt professionals
to ensure maximum process optimisation and improvement.
Highlights:
- Together with the stakeholders I led and deployed an interactive IT based target setting tool which
assists direction setting for Centre Trade Managers
- Changed the strategy focus from internal focus to a customer focussed segment strategy.
- To enable customer focus, we have created digital dashboards for viewing customer churn and
volume performance at granular levels.
- Personally, contributed to the role by giving business insights developed over many years which
enables the best possible strategy creation at HQ level and execution globally in the clusters
worldwide.
- We got the execution of marketing advisories outsourced to the Global Service Centres from the
clusters leading to substantial savings (6 FTE hours per week per cluster)
- Improved standards and quality of customer advisories. This has resulted in the highest customer
satisfaction score (Net Promoter Score) of 6.6 which is the highest in the history of Maersk Line.
- We have created an interactive online guidebook which will give users in the global clusters access
to information relevant to execution of their jobs through detailed process maps and hiring decisions
through job descriptions, reporting lines and organisation structures
