Preparing Budget on Monthly basis for Ahmadabad Unit.
Monitoring day to day Accounting of Ahmadabad Unit, Handle all Vendor payments including Foreign Payment in -Dollars Euro Etc, checking all the vouchers- Cash, Bank &Journal vouchers etc.
Raising Dr/Cr Notes to Parties & Other Branches.
Monitor BRS & Fund of Local Ahmadabad Unit.
Monthly scrutiny of books of accounts and monthly review of Trial balance.
Making & verifying the Provisions on monthly basis.
Inter Branch, Inter Company & Third Parties Balance Confirmations on Monthly basis.
Handle Internal Audit of Local Unit and Handle the Quarterly and Yearly statutory audit With E&Y (Earnest & Young) along with this also handle the Surprise audit & Dr/Cr Audit especially in DB Group.
Handle TDS & VAT& Service Tax Return for Qty & Monthly & Half Yearly basis.
Lead the Team of 6 Members and assist them accounting and assist in operate all module of SAP.
Coordinating with HO where previously handle the Balance Sheet Working of, DB Group, & also working in Dual Capacity as Ahmedabad Account Head & Balance sheet coordinator of Gujarat.
Assist all center of Gujarat in FI, FA & MM Module.
A Good Hands in SAP: - FI, FA, MM & CIR & MAM Module.
