• Delivered one of the key project OnePhoto on time and within estimated cost. OnePhoto is done with 4 platforms support using one CORE code in C++/C++11. All 4 platforms (IPhone/Android/MAC/WIN) are showing UI in native whereas complete business logic is in single codebase using C++/C++11.
• Acting as a single point of contact to bridge the gap between developers, support helpdesk, client and server teams.
• Responsible to develop project plans, goals, identifies resources needed; develop schedules and methods of measuring results.

• Responsible for all phases of the software development lifecycle, helping the team in designing, implementing and deploying quality software

• Evaluate and define project requirements, analyze functions, determine appropriate solutions, monitor coding / testing for new / modified web requirements to deliver solutions that meet user expectations and align with business processes and strategies

• Managed CORE development from idea generation to delivery of component covering all 4 platforms. Responsible for design, implementation & finally delivery of CORE components. Actively involved for recruitment & conflict management of my team
