1.accounts In charge - including payable, receivable, general cashier works, also includes stores process like Issue, purchasing, stock taking, salary processing and disbursement etc.
2. Administration In charge - managing day today managerial tasks inside of the factory.
• Handling General Cahier and the Accounts Payable as well as Accounts Recievables.
• Collecting and verifying daily cash collection and comparing it with PMS reports
• Handling daily petty cash transactions, and reimbursement at the month end.
• Maintaing the IOU and the petty cash list with all the supposrtings
• Maintaining the Cash Book and the Bank Book regularly
• Dealing with all types of Foreign Currencies.
• Preparing invoices for all the Debtors and following up for the regular payments.
• Regular credit card and the bank reconciliations .
• Preparing Supplier Cheques and timely distribution, and maintaining the balance accordingly
• Monthly Salary preparations and distribution.
• Preparing all types of reports for Municipality Taxes, Tourism Dirham & timely payments.
• Bank Reconcilitaions
• Preparing the monthly payment invoices for the suppliers
• Preparation of monthly Tax Reports, and making timely payment for the Govt.
• Keeping a track of all payments in Bank Books.
• Dealing with any irregular purchases with the approved LPO and minimum number of quotations
• Preparing P&L monthly statements, yearly and comparison reports
• Maintaing the daily revenue reports and producing to the Management on daily basis.
• Worked for Bank of America in regards to the Insurane sector of an Automobile Insurance Division.
• Was working with Wells Fargo Bank, San Francisco, CA , for the vehicle loan and vehicle insusrance policies
• Keeping a track for the insurance companies and the Banks regarding the status of Insurance for all the vehicles of their clients
• Using PRO_ACTIVE software and CITRIX
• Was working as CSO, QC .
