Planning, scheduling and control of Thermal Power Plant
•Project monitoring and its compliance with respect to technical contract and specifications.
•Performances guarantee tests, Calculation and analysis.
•Material procurement & material tracking with offshore and onshore vendors.
•Monitoring and review of MIS reports of running units and looking at the compliance with respect to O&M contractor.
