• Offers a consultative recruitment solution suited to all clients’ needs.
• Sourcing of qualified candidates locally and internationally.
• Based on client’s requirements and given job Description, screening the CV’s, validating applicants qualification and forwarding the shortlisted CV’s to client for further review.
• Receiving client interview schedule for selected candidates and inform them for their availability for personal interview.
• Arranging candidates for face to face interview as per client schedule.
• Issuing offer letter for selected candidates and coordinating with them till the time of joining.

Role: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Engaged with the Talent Acquisition Team at Wipro Technologies, my prime responsibility is to find the most suitable talent from the various sources (job boards, social media, internal database and references) and provide an end to end solution to the recruitment needs at Wipro Technologies. Currently I am part of the Global Infrastructure services Team, hiring for key leadership roles in the Infrastructure Services' space
Leadership Hiring:
• Engagement with the business and stake holders for Leadership Hiring for GIS skills in Wipro Technologies and Wipro Infotech.
• Understanding the job requirements and sourcing of high quality IT professionals.
• Coordinate with candidates for availability and scheduling interviews for those short listed.
• Responsible for hiring leaders for the position of Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, Wintel Head, Infra Architects, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect.
• Using Linkedin Account in order to build up network by joining Groups and connecting with people of required skills.
• Searching relevant profiles by Job Posting and sending In-mails.
• Building a pool of references from the Linkedin connections.
Employee Referral(Tower Lead):

• Interacting with business for understanding the requirement in detail.
• Managed information about the active requirements and flashing it to the employee through WipLinks mailers.
• Continuous interaction with the workforce (Wipro Employees) on the same practice to generate Employee Referral
• Conducted employee engagement programmes at the need based training sessions.
• Conducted floor walks for specific skill employees to generate relevant profiles.
• Initiating special referral programs to attract maximum referrals (Onsite and Offshore)
• Recruitment of Employee Referral Candidates.
• Sourcing candidates through Social Media.
• Short-listing profiles based on parameters set by the Business and Scheduling interviews.
• Interacting with the candidates to ensure the suitability and interest of the candidate for the requirement
• Hosting special Employee Referral Recruitment Drives
• Processing the candidature online and conducting preliminary screening of candidates
• Generating reports and reviews with Practice head /General Managers for Status of special Campaign
• Responsible for processing all the Employee Referral candidates for 2 Tower (A&IM & ADM) both Onsite and Offshore
• Support in revamping the ER process and Policy across Wipro Ltd.
• MIS Reports for Internal Reviews
