• Management and supervision of the Engineering & Construction works to ensure optimum results, in coordination with various trades and contractors/specialists.

Project: Airline Support Facilities (CP-11) - Hamad International Airport (previously NDIA)
•Responsible for the HVAC scope of the Cargo Complex in new Hamad International Airport (HIA) - detailed Engineering & Construction works, managing a workforce of around 150 skilled & unskilled personnel at peak construction period.
•Installation and Testing & Commissioning of HVAC works/equipment - piping/ductwork, AHUs, CRAC units, FCUs, Packaged AC, etc. including Chilled Water network (600mm dia.) flushing & passivation.
•Coordinated works between main contractor and specialist subcontractors to attain proper sequence of works and accomplish critical milestones.
•Arranged toolbox talks, etc. and ensured that safety standards are followed strictly as per airport norms.
•Assisted CAD draftsmen in preparing Shop drawings and As-Builts.
•Prepared Installation and T&C Method statements, ITPs, Material submittals etc.
•Responsible for taking estimates and coordinating the material procurement.
•Monitored site progress and prepared progress reports.
•Raised Inspection Requests for the completed works and liaised with Supervision Consultant & QA/QC for approvals.

Project: Dubai Metro
•Inspection/approval of materials, installation works, testing & commissioning of services, including conveyance system (Elevators/Escalators/Travelators).
•Supervision and coordination of site works between various contractors to ensure the timely completion of high-profile project by RTA/Dubai government.
•Testing & Commissioning of various systems and equipment ranging from FCUs, AHUs, Smoke/Exhaust Fans, Fire Pumps etc. to Elevators, Escalators & Travelators, in close coordination with specialist contractors and third-party testing agencies.
•Reviewed Shop drawings and As Built drawings, assisting the Sr. Mechanical Engineer.
•Responsible for issuing site observation notices, non-conformance reports and other safety related notifications.
•Monitored site progress and prepared progress reports.
Project: Dubai Waterfront
•Inspection/approval of materials, installation works, testing & commissioning, etc. of services.
•Reviewed shop drawings.
•Monitored the progress of activities at site and prepared daily reports.
•Assisted consultant QS Engineers and planning team for various reports.

• Responsible for Mechanical scope of works for the Palazzo Versace luxury hotel.
• Prepared builder’s work drawings and supervised the installations in coordination with other trades.
• Scheduled inspections (work & material) with Consultant and liaised with Consultant to resolve site issues.
• Responsible for the site temporary water & firefighting facilities - installation and maintenance.
• Liaised with the concerned authorities for relocation of the existing underground services.
