He is an exceptional engineer and an excellent manager.It was a pleasure to observe him evolving into a competent professional when we worked together at SAIL and then JSW. He has made stellar and significant contributions during the project, testimg and commissioning of JSW coal chemical unit, the largest of the kind in India. He has a good understanding of utilities, handling of corrosive and inflammable gases / chemicals and is highly trained to handle emergency situations. He has worked with chinese and Japanese engineers for technology and knowledge transfer. His stints at two premier organisations have enabled him to appreciate, understand and to leverage in a multi ethnic / cultural environment. He has contributed significantly in developing vendors and to locally out source spares. Good at spare and cost management, has a knack of connecting with suppliers. He has very good exposure to condition based monitoring and benchmarking. A remarkable feature is his emphasis to values and ethics when it matters.He is a good manager who capitalises on his ability to communicate clearly and cohesively. Team player who can raise the bar when it comes to crunch situations, I strongly recommend him as I feel he can create and add value to any organisation
