Responsibilities: • Completely responsible for the assigned project from the start date to finish, to ensure that to meet all Project specifications.
• Develop, analyze and enhance manufacturing methods with the application of designing knowledge, materials, tools and production equipment.
• Involved in the study of structural drawings and isometric drawings.
• Perform responsibilities of giving direction to fabrication technicians to ensure efficiency and reliability of equipment.
• Handle the tasks of evaluating specifications and quality standards of the products.
• Inspection of products in all stages (raw material, in process, finish)
• Monitor the effective implementation of procedures in accordance with Quality and Assurance Manuals and Quality Plans.
• Safety awareness and related system implementations.
• Scheduling, Monitoring & Meet up of Daily/weekly/Monthly Production plan.
• Monitor shifts and Follow up of various activities in production (eg: fit ups, welding, assembly etc)
• Co-ordination with all departments like Design, Purchase, Project planning team, Shop Floor, Maintenance, Dispatch etc
• Coordinates with sub- contractors to ensure timely delivery of goods at the factory.
• Coordinate with customer / third party during inspection.
• Assurance of components and to make the Inspection reports.
• Evaluation and Interpretation of NDT tests as per standards.
• Inspection of surface preparation (Abrasive Blasting)
• Familiar in Painting System Recommendation, Paint Defects and Report Preparation.
