Project Scope: A. The Dubai Mall Fashion Avenue Expansion is a Retail Mall with a total gross construction area of approximately 120, 000M2 and comprising the principal components: 1. Five primary Floor Levels accommodating principally high fashion stores and food and beverage outlets, 2. Specialist Facilities such as Food Courts, 3. In excess of 700 Car Park Spaces, 4. A connection to the neighboring BurjKhalifa Office Annex Building, 5. Peripheral Infrastructure and Landscaping. This is one of the prestigious project between two iconic Buildings ‘The Dubai Mall & BurjKhalifa of Dubai state Down town in United Arab Emirates with a Built up area 25, 000M2 in a total site boundary of 35, 000 M2 area. And Separate Contract Packages: Enabling Works including Partial Demolition, Service Diversions, Shoring Etc, Piling, Main Contractor, including all Subcontractor packages. B. Certain other contract packages that directly relate to the Dubai Mall that are envisaged for the development: (i) Infrastructure and External Works.The major challenge of work by controlling and maintaining low levels of dust, noise and vibration in order to minimize the impact on existing operational business. B. Marsa Al Seef Project - The scope of work covers the construction of several hotels, markets and restaurants, food and beverage outlets, leisure and entertainment venues, retail stores and marina amenities, a mixed-use development on the Dubai Creek. Fully involved in Finishes of 3Star & 4Star Hotels of the project.
Significant achievements:
 Completion of 5000M2 Five floors Structure associated Civil works along with Mall interface work
 Extended One parking floor of 20, 000 m2 with 950 parking lots capacity including 4 Bank lifts
 Finishes - Food courts, welcome courts, lobby Reception, lift lobbies, ATT & Reception, MEP rooms
 Tenant Impact works - Fire rated partitions, Gypsum works, Protection of Existing finishes, Repairs.
 Addressed clients requirements through safe methods by minimizing the risk to the operation Mall
 Handover of Retail Units with proper QAQC test reports, approvals & As-built drawings
 Safe Demolition works after extensive survey, approved methods and authority approvals.
 Successfully handed over the parking lots at all levels to Dubai Mall and Traffic department

 Strategic/Planning: Ensuring that project management is aligned with the company’s overall strategy and management direction.
 Understand scope of works and communicate clearly and effectively to all involved in a project.
 Good understanding of drawings, specs, materials, standards and local authority requirements.
 Leading & managing a team in deliver projects with in cost, time and scope with high quality.
 Effective Coordination with subcontractors, in-house Design team, architects, designers, consultants.
 Initiates, coordinates and maintains Project List(s) of Deliverables including those for project procedures and plans, engineering, procurement, material submittals, method statements etc.
 Experienced in Safe Method statements, Risk Assessments & Communication management plan is in place and the same is being monitored or implemented.

• Fully responsible in getting the work permits approvals from The Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa management, Dubai Fountain and Dubai Municipality for the Tenant Impact works as a part of Mall expansion works.
• Responsible for Site cleanliness, proper stacking of materials, resources levelling & shifting.
• Responsible for the Tenant Impact works to minimize the impact by various workable safe systems to suit to the existing shops/common interface areas.
• Review and close the non-compliance observations by appropriate methods agreed mutually with consultant
• Reviewing and sharing the status reports, work plans, change requests etc.
• Offering erection and construction services in terms of construction management and site analysis including preplanning operations, site layout requirements, overhead hoisting operations and erection planning.
• Progressing evaluation, measurement and invoicing process.
• Being aware of risk and success factors of projects and plans preventive & corrective actions accordingly.
• Breaking down multiple problems/situations into their component parts to evaluate and execute appropriate action at a highly competent level.
• Clearing/closing any disputes/claims and completing the handing over process and make sure that the acceptance criteria had been met. Preparing project closing report, updates performance index and document of lessons learned.
