 Handling FP&A functions of the company for all revenue streams and partnering with business to ensure the company achieves its operating margin Targets.
 Prepare monthly Revenue/Cost forecast model & compare the same with the budget to highlight the potential risk & other major concerns to the top management.
 Preparation of monthly MIS reports for Management, Variance Analysis of Income statement/Balance sheet items and providing adequate commentary explaining the reasons of variances.
 Preparing 5 year "bird’s eye" level view of cash flow, Income Statement & Balance Sheet projections.

My role here is to close monthly books of accounts.This not only involves accounting knowledge but also require skills in the area of budgeting and forecasting & detailed financial ananlysis.
