• Responsible to lead &drive IT Projects as Project Manager in Alstom worldwide.
• Lead the project team and Drive SAP end to end implementation and other IT tools as per Alstom Landscape.
• Interface with the customer for the study & scoping the business requirement along with other business partner and define the functional Specification & SOW.
• Based on SOW define resource & staffing requirement, budget required, timeline and risk associated with the project
• Work closely with PMO for project governance and drive the project as per project cycle with all in house quality standards
• Manage and maintain the project status in project governance tool.
• KPI reporting of the project periodically to the customer, management team and key stake holders.
• Define escalation matrix, organize periodic steering committee meetings, control and manage deviations.
• Track the PO and payment to business partner as per project milestone.

Drive the IT projects as a project manager, responsible for planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and implementation of a project.
Analyze project requirement for Staffing, Developing Budgets, Coordination, Strategic Planning and Quality Management for all the IT projects.
Study & scoping the business requirement. Define the Solution architecture including infrastructure and the technology platform for the project.
KPI reporting of the project periodically to the management and key stake holders.

• KAM for Customer for Non-ERP, Mobile and cloud & IOT based application for Bosch India:
Scoping, Development, Design, implementation of the IT solutions with project team.
Drive an end-to-end solution with the project team.
Design and execute POC of business use cases.
Interface with the customer and business stakeholders to identify and drive digital improvements.

• IT Project tracking & Resource management for Bosch India:
Define and manage the process for tracking the IT projects for Bosch India.
Release and track the project KPI on cost, quality, and delivery.
Monitor & manage project resources.

• IT infrastructure management for Bosch India:
Heading IT Infrastructure - Analyze, Consult, Define, Deliver, Support IT infrastructure services and Projects for Bosch India
Take lead to Collaborate with the Infrastructure support team and central teams in the IT infrastructure area for Business Requirement prioritization and deployment
• IT Information security & Privacy (ISP) Governance for Bosch Bangalore

• IT Project Management for Bosch Automotive aftermarket India includes: SAP project management, implementation & support &IT application implementation & support.
