Responsibilities:
•Assisting main office personnel in billeting operations.
•In/Out processing customers.
•Answering customer queries in person and by phone.
•Escorting contract workers when required.
•Inspecting billeting quarters on functionality, cleanliness and readiness.
•Issuing and receiving room keys and preparing room assignments.
•Coordinating cleaning personnel

Responsibilities:
•Taking care of out door and in door corporate parties.
•Maintained the best possible standards regarding services including maintenance cleanliness, sanitation and other facilities.
•Indenting and inventories of the stock.
•Guest area management.
•Maintaining stores.
•Communicate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction maximum profit and efficiency.
•Also responsible for monitoring and guiding hotel staff to maintain standards.
•Guest relation activities.
•Direct 6 dining captains and 63 stewards per shift.
•Maintaining Cleanliness and hygiene in and around the area of the restaurant.
•Indoor and Out door catering in the campus.
•Staff Training programs (Safety and Hygiene)
•Menu planning and quality controls.
•Make sure all the staff is proficiently trained to improve service, efficiency and profitability.
•Responsible for controlling staffing and performing employee performance evaluations.
•Assist in the food & beverage operations. Also make sure possessions are in good, working conditions.
•Maintained the best possible standards regarding services including maintenance cleanliness, sanitation and other facilities.
