\[Plantation Division of the Tata conglomerate. The total employees strength is more than 25000 consisting of workers, skilled workers, staff, and management staff. Plantations division consisted of tea and coffee estates with factories, administerial departments, welfare units such as DARE (a school for differently abled children), General Hospital and Hospitals, etc\]

1998-2005 - Clerical Staff in Industrial Relations Department
Responsibilities:

 While in estate, looked after all aspects of nearly 600 workers, such as employment, payroll administration, compensation and benefits etc. After I was transferred to the Industrial Relations Department, I was in charge of all service conditions relating to skilled workers of around 2500 employees.

 Secretarial work, preparation of minutes of meeting etc.

 Independent handling of all correspondence.

 Service details of more than 25000 employees are maintained by us including appointment, increment, upgradation, superannuation pay package etc.

 Dealing with important and complicated industrial disputes arising in the estates/departments. I have taken necessary training in this regard with the assistance of an advocate. I have conducted more than 500 domestic enquires in relation to the misconduct of employees.

 Compliance report. In fact, there were 29 tea estates, 1 coffee estate, 15 factories, and 11 departments in the erstwhile Tata Tea Limited (now it is named as Kanan Devan Hills Plantation Co Limited). In view of frequent complaints from Inspector of Plantations/Factories regarding noncompliance of Government Rulings, I personally drafted and implemented a system with the consent of the management which paved the way for 100% compliance of all requirements under various Acts/Rules.

 I have given training to employees - staff - on conduct of domestic enquiries and handling of PF matters.

 I was completely in charge of the DARE - a unit for differently abled children of employees. The entire activity of this unit is looked after by me such as transportation, refreshments to the children, welfare of the children, preparation of budget for this unit and monitoring of expenses in relation to the budget and taking necessary corrective action wherever is required to keep the expenses within the budgeted level.
