Fully responsible for the drawing/detailing issues related to assigned project. Thorough study of client design drawing & preparing the G.A. drawings in accordance to the client IFC dwgs.
Responsible for any discrepancy in GA drawings or fabrication drawings not relevant to Client IFC/Design drawing.
Raising RFI’s to client engineer and follows up. Resolve the detailing issues by trouble shooting attitude related to detailing, if related to design Passover to design in charge.
Preparing and first level checking of GA drawings prior submission to Client/checker with reference to design drawings.
Study of comments given by Client/Consultant and incorporating the same in GA drawings and consequently in fabrication drawings.
Preparing the fabrication drawings in accordance to approved GA drawings and first level checking prior issuing to workshop.
Making proper documentation/record of all dwgs submissions/approvals along with drawing nos. revision nos. related to project assigned. Keeping all the record of revision dwgs from client/consultant with all necessary correspondence.
Preparing each and every drawing related to assigned project other than structural steel such as cladding drawings, flashing/gutter details, bolt details etc.
