Conceptualize, architect, develop technology solutions and manage its deployment across the Group and integrate the disintegrated solutions for an improved technology portfolio
Interact with our Retail Operations, Business Development, Marketing Head and internal and external Technology teams to consider these new capabilities all the way from inception to completion, post-deployment support and coordinate with cross-functional team as required to ensure successful completion of the project.

Responsibilities include but not limited to,
• Develop and oversee IT policies & practices aligning with the group’s internal policies.
• Integrate technologies into various operational procedures for optimal effectiveness.
• In-charge of the on-going projects and liaising between external and internal team to ensure that the projects are completed on time meeting the required specifics.
• Conducts feasibility study for various initiatives planned and proposed to IT to learn its effectiveness and evaluate its tangible and intangible benefits promised.
• Lead R&D for various projects on-demand.
• Architect & implement various EDI Systems.
• Manage IT requirements for new store development and office automation projects
• Orient IT division for technology specific ISO certification ISO 27001
• IT Budgeting & Team Building
• Participate in recruitment, orientation and ongoing training of IT team.
• Assist the Head-Group IT in his initiatives and presentations.

• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development
• Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines
• Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks and information systems
• Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures

Key Accountabilities

Strategy - To create and maintain Information Technology & Management strategy in line with stakeholder needs and in keeping up with current best practice in the field of IT.
Governance - To ensure Information technology and management are in-line with agreed strategy and policy.
Development - To manage the further development and implementation of current projects to manage:
• the development plans for ongoing integration, upkeep and improvement of IT systems;
• the commissioning of appropriate and cost effective procurement and contractual arrangements;
• the management of project and system dependencies at planning, implementation and support stages;
• the sign off of all project management milestones for IT projects.
• the implementation of security solutions to prevent data leakage and intrusions
Implementation - To manage the day to day operations of IT systems, ensuring that planning, end-user impact, change management, training, quality management are properly addressed and monitored to ensure that deadlines, budgets and service levels are met and results delivered.
Supply management - To manage the relationships with (and between) external agencies and suppliers, ensuring contracts and service levels are negotiated in line with strategic aims and financial constraints and ongoing service is in-line with agreed contracts.
Budget - To manage the annual Information Management budget and any associated funds. Specifically to be responsible for the review, audit and prioritisation of all information management tools, including (in partnership with the Finance Director) the replacement cycle of information technology hardware.
Research- To develop and implement plans, in consultation with key stakeholders, to research, analyse and present solutions that can impreove the workflows, reduce overheads and improve security.
Business continuity - To develop and maintain the Major Incident & Business Continuity plan for IT and to implement measures designed to safeguard the Information Technology and Management needs of the Foundation in the event of major incidents or disasters.

Primary responsibilities

• Plan, device and review marketing efforts such as SEM and display advertising
• Design and deliver a functional web infrastructure for e-marketing, customer relation and online advertising
• Work closely with the marketing team to set and ensure marketing campaigns achieve targets
• Circulate efficient and accurate reporting, detailing results of each web marketing campaign and possible improvement.
