Worked on S/4 Hana Greenfield implementation and Support Project

• SAP S/4 HANA 1809 Greenfield Implementation based on Activate Methodology from explore phase.
• Involved in business requirement gathering workshop and prepared Business Blueprint Documents.
• Conducted AS IS study and performed gap analysis and documented TO BE process in BBP.
• Worked on implementing Production process with Warehouse integration like demand management, MRP,
Process order creation, WM stagging, TR and TO creation, Picking and consumption of handling unit, goods
receipt, Bin to Bin transfer, order confirmation, batch determination etc.
• Worked on PP configuration such as order type, order dependent parameter, scheduling profile, define
checking control, production supervisor, confirmation parameter etc.
• Worked with LSMW, BDC, LTMC to load PP master data.
• Worked on PP RICEF objects such as Process order print form, Auto IBD creation with batch logic, Auto
conversion of planned order to process order and update Sales order in process order etc.
• Worked on implementing QM processes like incoming inspection for raw material, in process inspection,
goods receipt inspection for production, Stock transfer inspection and sales delivery inspection, certificate of
analysis, quality notification etc.
• Worked on Quality management and Warehouse management integration with handling unit.
• Worked on QM configuration related to QM in procurement/Production/Sales, Quality certificate, code group,
selected set, quality notification etc.
• Worked with LSMW, BDC, LTMC to load QM master data.
• Defined Quality master data as per requirement like master inspection char. (Qualitative/Quantitative),
sampling procedure, inspection method, inspection plan, certificate profile etc.
• Prepared custom report to bring MIC, Results code, batch number etc. recorded against inspection lot,
generated Certificate of analysis form.
• Worked on LIMS interface to flow test values from LIMS to SAP inspection lot results and then from inspection
• lot to batch.
