• Direct Daily Operations for an Exclusive Boutique of this leading company dealing in high-end exclusive brands of Diamond, Luxury jewellery.
• Handling complete general and administrative operations from Inventory management, Staff Planning, Performance Improvement, Control & Operations Strategy.
• Awareness and Implementation of the all Health & Safety guidelines as per ADAC (Abu Dhabi Airport Company) regulations.
• Authorized for processing/ cancelling DUTY FREE passes and solely managing the process and complete awareness of ADAC Operations.
• Organizing workflow, daily schedules, organizing annual leaves for the employees.
• Ensuring that employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
• Helping to resolve employee issues and dispute.Direct reporting to GM(HR) & CEO.
• Active participation for all the promotions and offers managed by DUTY FREE ABUDHABI, and acquiring necessary permissions
Operations: Key Responsibilities
• Direct Daily Operations for an Exclusive Boutique of this leading company dealing in high-end exclusive brands of Diamond, Luxury jewellery.
• Dealing with Diamond & pearl precious studded jewellery.
• Dealing with exclusive jewelry & used watches.
• Researching the Market for related products in order to
maintain a standard of store.
• Visiting & Inviting V.I.P Clients to promote the new
collections whenever received.
• Responsible for monitoring sales levels & patterns on a
weekly & monthly basis to identify & predict any potential
problems.
• Proven Ability to maximize sales opportunities by creating
professional sales script & building reports with potential
new as well existing customers.
• Monitoring & reviewing the performance of sales team to
ensure targets are met.
• Promoting the Goods at Trade fairs & Exhibitions.
Responsible of achieving set targets volume within prescribed time and maximizing Boutique’s contribution through exploiting every opportunity to drive sales.
Sales forecast monthly / yearly, historical trend analysis and presentation of overall (sales / marketing)
monthly performed activities to the G.M.
Ensuring individual and store compliances with all company regulations and procedures.
Responsible for deciding store layout, stock positioning and maintaining, stock control and replenishment.
Responsible for applying and maintaining guidelines and standards for visual presentation and store appearance including all aspects of store key control.
Providing leadership, training, coaching, counseling and career guidance for the general business development and delivering the highest level of motivation to the staff.
• Assisting Manager in all aspects of the day to day operational duties, training, scheduling improving the personal customized service, handling all paper work.
• Maintaining Annual and Monthly stock control and replenishment, updating my stock position.
• Also looking to the Wholesale Department as well dealing with a Loose Diamond & European style studded jewellery to the local market in UAE by maintaining all kind of requirement they need.
