Jawad Group is one of the large wholesale & retail groups dealing in garments & accessories having various retail outlets in UAE, Bahrain & Oman. I have joined the group in May 2008 as a sales man cum Store Assistant. My key working area mainly & broadly is front door sales/direct sales, where I’m utilizing my potential to increase the sales of the various product of the company - Garments & Accessories etc.. Also i look after the receiving of the goods from warehouse, verifying the goods with the invoice, preparing & maintain & submitting purchase & sales records & reports to H.O. on daily basis. I’m assisting Store Manager in operations also.
Also I’ve worked in warehouse for some time where I was looking after receiving the goods, we use to put the barcode & receive it in our warehouse. And as the order comes from various retail outlets, we use to issue the invoice n dispatch the goods according to the invoice.
Started my career in sales working for one of the worlds well known brand in foot wear, I have joined the store in 2007 as a sales man - team member. My working area mainly was direct sales, where I was looking for the sales of the various product of the company - Shoes, Garments & Accessories etc. I was assisting Store Manager in operations also.
1. Broadly my experience involves working as a Shop Manager at Vadodara, where in my work was to look after day to day transactions, maintaining customer relationships, interaction with suppliers & reporting to the management.
2. New Business Acquisition and also taking care of the existing relationships.
3. Maintaining the Purchases and Sales on daily basis to ascertain the proper functioning of the organization.
4. There were sales targets that had to be achieved month on month; I used to reach the point of sales which was necessary.
5. providing the corporate and Banks with competitive rates to generate new sales.
