electric utilities including service agreements (SA), service points, device installations, rates, billing, payments,
and asset management.
• Designed and executed advanced Oracle SQL queries (DDL/DML/DQL, complex joins, sub-queries, stored
procedures) for data extraction, transformation, and reporting in support of utility billing and data migration
operations.
• Developed, tested, and debugged 4GL scripts to automate business processes and data handling across
Oracle Utilities applications including SA Char updates and Interval Meter Data (IMD) processing.
• Built and consumed REST APIs and Web Services to enable seamless data exchange between Oracle C2M,
CCB, and third-party utility systems, reducing manual data transfer effort by 40%.
• Managed batch job configuration and performance testing, improving batch job execution time by 25%
through targeted tuning and root-cause analysis.
• Ensured seamless data flow between Customer Information System (CIS), MDM, and head-end systems
using batch jobs and XML-based integrations, maintaining zero data-loss SLA compliance.
• Identified and resolved production issues related to meter reads and bill segments through structured
