ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and approval of purchase order quantities for Mars and Nader division.
• Review of accounts receivables and follow up credit control team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze Customer Profitability Statement by evaluating pricing, trade terms and conditions of investment.
• Support Sales on DFR management, clearly illustrating the impact on profitability and the business.
• Support the implementation of OBPPC business strategy together with sales clearly illustrating and focusing on RGM drivers.
• Evaluate margin impact related to investment decisions, pricing and promotions, and business development opportunities to functional leaders for supporting decision making.
• Maintaining and improving company financial position by ensuring better administration of working capital and cash-to-cash cycle through delivering optimized cash flow from operations.

• Present MIS reports to Leadership Team and Head Office for evaluating monthly and yearly company results.
• Submit reports for Internal and External Stakeholders by evaluating and overseeing the execution of management reporting functions. Ensure the compliance with financial and accounting policies and regulations by executing and maintaining accounting system.
• Perform a broad range of tasks, such as overseeing financial statement, costing tasks, and finalizing accounts.
• Met and handled system integration requirement for Excise and VAT taxes in Bahrain in close collaboration with top-performing IT team.
• Review and file Excise Tax & Vat returns while ensuring proper recording of Excise and VAT law implications.
• Developed extensive knowledge by participating actively in the Feasibility Study for Value Chain Analysis and New Project Studies.
• Updated standard and activity pricing in inventory valuation system correctly and execute monthly reconciliation functions for accurate recording of costing transactions versus financial books.
