Role: - Fleet Executive.
Responsibilities & functions:-
1. Administrative (Service bill clearance, selection of best service provider as per
Guidelines provided prior).
2. Maintenance ( Regular, breakdown service, scheduled services) of fleet vehicles
(Total 14), thus keeping high runtime of the vehicles.
3. Manpower Handling: leading a team of 14 drivers.
4. Month wise data preparation, report generation & Analysis.

Role:-Sr Fleet Officer.
Responsibilities & functions:-
1. Administrative( Service bill clearance, selection of best service provider
as per guidelines provided prior).
2. Responsible for maintain high runtime of fleet (about 138vehicles deployed
in Gujarat, Jaipur & Madhya Pradesh ), by following the correct type of service
when required .
3. Not proficient, but have, good knowledge of FMS (fleet management system )
a software used for creating all kind of data, reports month wise, daily basis
& on annual basis related to the which ultimately helps in cost reduction that
we expend on fleet maintenance.
4. Manpower Handling: leading the team of 97 drivers.
