Over seeing the Debtors for three Companies on a National basis. Working with Microsoft Pastel, Excel, Word. Processing Invoices, Credit notes, Debt notes, Journal entries. Working with the Bank reconciliation, uploading of Bank statements to process the Cashbook. Allocation of receipts on Pastel. Handling of customer queries, Providing reports and statements on weekly as well as monthly basis.
