Train and support colleagues in utilizing POS systems, e-commerce platforms, and other sales tools effectively. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and sales techniques to provide customers with relevant information and recommendation. Utilize data from DSRs (Daily Sales Reports) and other sources to track sales performance, identify trends, and recommend adjustments to sales strategies.
