PROJECT EXECUTED:
1. Three (3) GAS PDMs with associated pipeline and umbilical in HSBH and ARBI fields (Offshore) for Saudi Aramco as Project Engineering Manager
Project consist of (three) Production Deck Modules viz. ARBI 24/27, HSBH 64/67, HSBH 80/83 and associated pipeline up to ARBI TP-1 and HSBH TP-1 & TP-2 and umbilical’s up to ARBI TP-1 and HSBH TP-1 & TP-2 at Arabia and Hasbah Fields including Brownfield scope.
Work / Responsibility:
• Leading a team of 120 nos. of Engineers/Designers
• Ensure that all staff capabilities are matched to the job requirements.
• Approve all temporary and permanent appointments for engineering personnel.
• Single point contact with Client for Engineering activities.
• With smart method of execution & value engineering, introduced many innovative ideas and work process which helped in productive and efficient execution of the project ensuring delivery certainty.
• Responsible for Co-ordination/resolution of Inter-discipline related inputs
• Responsible for overall engineering delivery plan - risk identification, monitor risk management plan, align risk mitigation among stakeholders.
• Ensure quality audits are conducted per the project calendar.
• Attend the Weekly & Monthly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client).
• Organise and participate in various reviews; HAZOP, Model reviews, Design review and implementation / closure of points made.
• Coordinate with the project Procurement Manager/Buyers to ensure all procurement engineering activities are conducted and vendor data is made available to meet IFC status
• Provide management reporting of progress and highlighting problem areas and proposed actions for improvements.
• Coordinate and review of all inputs and changes to the project plan, scope of work. Log and evaluate impact of all changes in the system.
• Coordinate with Lead Engineer to ensure that lessons learned are implemented and that lessons learned on the project are documented
• Project plan review along with the project planner.
• Monitor & control the project man-hours.
• Coordination and resolution of yard queries.
• Support Project Management team for settlement of commercial matters with Client/other stakeholders.

2. Safaniya 4 Decks, Subsea Pipelines & Cables (Offshore) for Saudi Aramco as Project Manager (Engineering)
3. Basic and detailed design Engineering of the Turntable and the Turntable Access Structure for Bluewater Energy Services B.V., Netherlands as Project Manager at Netherlands.
4. MHNRD PH III Pipeline Project for ONGC (Detailed Engineering) as Project Manager
PROJECT EXCECUTED:
1. Foroozan Development Operations & Production Enhancement (Offshore oil&gas) as Project Engineering Manager.
Project consists of 1 no. Process Offshore Platform, 1 no. LQ platform, 2 nos. interconnected bridge and modification in existing platforms.
Work / Responsibility:
• Preparation and Implementation of Project Execution Plan & Engineering Execution Plan.
• Inter-discipline co-ordination for engineering project execution.
• Coordination with sub-contractors, procurement (including major vendors)
• Attend the Weekly & Monthly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and address closure of action points recorded
• Coordinate with the project procurement manager/coordinator to ensure all procurement engineering activities are conducted as per the project plan and vendor data is made available to meet AFC status further to ensure the materials/ equipment’s are delivered as per the schedule by resolving technical queries and approvals of vendor documentation.
• Project plan review along with the project planner.
• Ensure HSE performance requirements are met as per the project and corporate policy.
PROJECT EXCECUTED:
1. New Water Injection Platform for ADMA OPCO, UAE (ADNOC).
- Sr. Project Engineer / coordinator reporting to the project PEM.
- Successfully coordinated all reviews and expectations of ADMA APCOs departments as per their standards.
The project consisted of a 4000 plus MT Platform consisting of complete water injection treatment and injection system with all required utilities. Challenges were float over installation of the heavy topside in a congested existing complex in a very shallow water of approx. 9m water depth. The scope also included major brownfield upgrades (major existing rotating equipment) and integration of the new platform power generation with existing power generation and distribution system.
Work / Responsibility:
• Preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan & Engineering Execution Plan.
• Inter-discipline co-ordination for engineering project execution.
• Organise/Attend various reviews; HAZOP/HAZID, model reviews, design reviews and implementation / closure of points made.
• Coordination with sub-contractors, procurement (including major vendors), yard and Installation team for engineering interfaces.
• Organise/Attend the Weekly & Monthly Progress Meetings (Internal as well as with Client) and prepare weekly & monthly report and address closure of action points recorded.
• Coordination and resolution of site & yard queries.
• Ensure quality audits are conducted per the project calendar.
• Coordinate with the project procurement manager/coordinator to ensure all procurement engineering activities are conducted as per the project plan and vendor data is made available to meet AFC status further to ensure the materials/ equipment’s are delivered as per the schedule by resolving technical queries and approvals of vendor documentation.
• Review and update of any scope of work documents produced by the respective functional departments and identify changes and prepare change orders.
• Coordinate with lead engineer to ensure that lessons learned are implemented and that lessons learned on the project are documented in the data base.
• Project plan review along with the project planner.
• Coordinate and review of all inputs and changes to the project plan, scope of work. Log and evaluate impact of all changes in the Desk Top Change Management System
• Monitor & control the project man-hours and costs.
• Ensure HSE performance requirements are met as per the project and corporate policy.
Pre-Bid & Proposal Executed:
• Perform the bid coordination support for Saudi Aramco ARABIYAH - HASBAH FIELD DEVELOPMENT Projects (EPC).
• Perform the bid support for ONGC B Series & N - 15 & N - 16 - 06 well Head Platform Projects (EPC) in role of Lead Engineer.
• Perform bid support (Lead Engineer) for Barzan Offshore project (EPC).
• Perform the Basic Engineering cum bid support for GSPC Deen Dayal Field Wellhead Project (EPC) in role of Lead Engineer.
• Perform Basic Engineering and provide Bid support for ONGC B-193 Process Platform Project (EPC) in role of Lead Engineer.
• Perform the bid support engineering for ONGC B193 Wellhead Platform Project (EPC).
