Expediting material, where required to meet shortfall between current plan and customer order requirement.

Coordinating with Material Dispatch for shipping of U/S units to Vendor
Review supplier quotations / repair reports and negotiate best price and lead time/turn times ensuring maximum value for money in any repair decisions
Responsible for the Planning and coordination of all the Scheduled and Unscheduled Material requirements of A320 aircrafts.
Scrutinizing the Engineering Orders(EO’s), Engineering Special Work Card (ESWC), Component Modification Advice (CMA) and determine the required materials in accordance with the corresponding SB’s, CMM, etc.
Review and follow up for the material requirement for the HMV for the Fleets as per the Pre-Input Meeting shortfalls given by the Production Planning for the C Checks & Major modifications to ensure the availability of the materials and preload in advance.
To initiate planning action ensuring effective support of materials for operations at agreed levels, thereby ensuring timely completion of preloads for the maintenance inputs.
To ensure the long and short term planning requirements of materials in conjunction with the maintenance plans, scheduled Maintenance.
Close Monitoring of stock for the smooth flow of operation

Completed Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from Center for civil aviation training, Delhi with specialization in Avionics Stream. Approved by DGCA (Ministry of Civil Aviation, Govt of India, New Delhi in ICAO type -11 category
