I Have 7 years work experience in LTE RF Optimization Engineer. Currently I am working in Samax telecom - T MOBILE (USA) nokia project. I have very good knowledge in Nokia, ZTE, Huweai and Ericsson tools and activity. Every day i m doing LTE and/or VoLTE RF optimization or network performance management functions.
Here already i m doing Daily optimization activities (Performance monitoring, improvement, parameter optimization) while using LTE technology.Radio network coverage and capacity optimization, VoLTE & LTE KPI reports, Layer 3 Analysis, KPI improvement of assigned nodes, KPI Reports preparation, Counter analysis, Frequency, Optimization report preparation And performance management..

•LTE pre-launch optimization for SSV and Clusters.
•Meet the QoS target on the network -ARQ (Accessibility, Retain ability, and Quality) for both data and voice.
•In depth Analysis of a Cluster generally comprising of 10-20 sites for analysis of following RSRP Level, DL Throughput, Access Failure Rate, Session Failure Rate, Handover Failure Rate, CSFB Call Failures, IRAT Session etc.
•In depth LTE layer3 Analysis of Logs Files in TEMS DISCOVERY to troubleshoot the issues for sites.
• Optimization for SCFT activities with respect to neighbor relations, handovers, throughput and RSRP.
• Achieving required throughput according to site frequency, bandwidth and transmission capacity.
• Troubleshooting MIMO issues using traces, KPI and Features/Parameters.
• Monitoring consistent RSRP, RSRQ and SINR parameters performance

•Cluster report Analysis for KPI improvement using SiteForge, ActixOne Optimization post processing tools.
•Providing recommendations for improvement of RSRP, SINR, HOSR, Downlink and Uplink Throughput.
•Understanding scenario of drive test logs by using SiteForge.
•Troubleshooting of low throughput issues, low SINR issues, poor RSRP and handover failure issues.

JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
Drive Test and Optimization for the VODAFONE Project.
WCDMA:
•HSDPA, PS, CS, IRAT Handover Test on Test Node B.
•Verification of the procedures of 3G in Idle and Dedicated Mode.
•Knowledge of Layer 3 Messages and Events
•3G Drive-Test for data-collection for HSDPA, PS, CS and post-processing for Network Optimization.
•Knowledge of WCDMA Radio Planning which includes Scrambling Code Planning, Neighbor List Planning.
•WCDMA Radio Optimization in the form of Drive-Testing, Neighbor List and Database Optimization which includes Pilot Pollution & Coverage check.
•Analysis of TEMS measurements (UMTS) and statistics in order to decide the need of new sites either for traffic, coverage or quality.
•Expert in using TEMS investigation tool for post processing.
•Diagnostics of all RF related problems such as interference, call drop, HO failure, TCH congestion, Poor quality & coverage and missing neighbors.
•Providing managerial assistance in carrying out Coverage AT of sites, along with preparation of requisite documentation
GMS:
•Performance stats analysis/KPI analysis for Drop calls, CSSR, HOSR, SDCCH/TCH Congestion, SDCCH/TCH Blocking, SDCCH/TCH completion rate, SDCCH/TCH Assignment failure.
•Performing drive test and optimization using TEMS Investigation 10, 13.
•Performing customer complaints using Net Monitor.
•Can efficiently use Garmin GPS 72 channel.
•Studying log files and analyzing reasons for call drops, handover failure, detecting SWAP.
•Performing physical optimization like changing Orientation depending upon the clutter, Tilt, and verifying SWAP and rectified it by manual tracing.
•Preparing power point presentation plots for the radio parameter like Rx Level, Rx Quality, C/I, SQI, and MNC.
•Performing various types of drive test like Benchmarking in between the two operators and night activity like BSC and MSC migration drive test.
