• Offer stage wise inspections, purchase requisitions through ERP
• Preparation of cutting program for FLOW Water jet cutting machine.
• Preparation of Heat treatment program for MILLER Induction Heating system.
• Review of Weld maps, WPQ, PQR, WPS, and QAP.
• Monitoring and guiding of welders to improve Quality of welding and to minimize Weld Defects.
• Managing manpower efficiently, to get desired Output.
• Maintaining and continuous implementations of ISO 14001:2015 - OHSAS 18001:2007 - ISO 9001:2015 (IMS) Documentation Records.
• To carry out the Periodic Inspection in the shop floor to ensure Quality of Welding.
• Visual Inspection of Weldment before and after Welding.
• Review and inspect the welding processes GTAW, SMAW, GMAW /FCAW & SAW welding processes and parameters, quality documents.
• Preparation and execution of the Heat treatment cycles to 10MT Gas fired furnace.
• Review of production logbooks and records of welders.
• Review and preparation of WPS, WPQ & PQR for critical materials as per ASME Sec IX.
• Selection and issue various Welding Consumables to welder as per WPS through weld plan.
• Review the hardness values before, during & after Welding & PWHT.
• Preparing and review the documents for Code fabrication jobs.
• Analysis of Rejection and Non-conformities and take steps to avoid customer complaints.
