DETAILED SUMMARY OF INVOLVED WORKS IN VARIOUS PROJETCS
* Lead the Project QA/QC team in assuring and achieving the best quality in all phases of
project construction
* Onsite working experience in Metro Rail Tunnels & Stations/NATM Tunnels/Subways &
Under passes/Road and other Civil Infrastructure projects, including 2 years 6 months
Middle Eastern Experience.
* Hands on experience in Railways Infrastructure construction management of: Underground
stations, Elevated structures, Architectural and finishing works.
* Experience in Civil Interface Management, Construction Coordination and Design
Coordination with Consultants and Rail Systems team on Rail Projects.
* Understanding & Implementing of construction Work Sequences & Work Methodology.
* Assisting & reporting to QC Manager in all respect of site supervision & office works.
* Attended weekly and monthly construction meetings and discussing the issues pertaining to
quality and bringing the best insitu solutions in/from respective level
* Prepared the readiness review check list before initiation of construcion activities and
reviewing the same on timely basis to ensure the construction activies executing are meeting
the quality requirements
* Having sound knowledge of TBM launching, Key allocation, Initial and main drive
* Knowledge of rock support and soil stabilization works by steel ribs, wire mesh and
shotcreting, rock bolting, pullout testing
* Preparing yearly QMS internal audit plan and ensuring internal QMS audits are being
conducted as per plan
* Inspection of various construction materials and construction chemicals; Raising request for
inspection (RFI)/Inspection Request (IRE); Designing of different grades of concrete mixes
* Having sound knowlwdge about Construction materials lab tests and field tests, Quality
requirements and inspections during Concrete batching plants operation and maintanance
* Final check of drawings, method statements, checklists, BBS, etc
* Site Quality inspections with PMC - Checking the activities are as per the specifications and IS
codes/Conducting in-situ tests attaching reports/Identifying the deviances and suggesting
rectifications as per method statements or standards
* Attending daily inspections of Station & Subway Structural and Architectural works related
to Excavation & Rock supporting works, Piling, Waterproofing, Reinforcement, Concrete, Soil
tests, Blockwork, Floor Screed, Painting, Fire Sealant, over panels, Hatch covers, Steel Ladders,
etc.
* Conducting the Post pour inspections of the concrete structures, preparing the defect

reports and ensuring those defects are repaired as per the approved materials and
method statement
* Having sound knowledge of Quality inspections during different types of road construction
works like Embankment/Earth fill, Subgrade, Sub base, base course, Asphalt tests, Piling and
diapram walls construction works & Culverts construction works
* Inspection of Precast concrete tunnel segments during receipt and during prior dispatch to
tunnel
* Ensuring the required quality and quantity of Backfill & secondary grouting is being injected
from TBM’S
* Inspection of Step and Lip value of the precast concrete segments builted inside the tunnel.
* Recording the several type of defects observed in the builted rings and updating in Ring
defect mapping report
* Preparing the Ring history documents and submitting to client in time
* Ensuring Quality requirements are fulfilled during cross passages (NATM) construction
* Monitoring the Tunnel segment defects repairing work
* Ensuring the sampling and testing in Tunnel Invert concrete is being done as per ITP
requirement
* Raising Non conformance (NCR) and closing it based on the corrective action and preventive
action plan and Preparing and Reporting the Monthly Quality Report (MQR)
* Reviewing the method statements and preparing the Inspection & test plans (ITP)
* Conducting QC Induction, method statements and ITP briefing to the newly joined project
staff and workers
* Ensuring that all the monitoring and measuring devices are getting calibrated as per the
frequency standards
