1. Achieve the revenue targets for the store, Implements a high standard of customer focus within the store, Ensure accurate stock merchandise and management (stock ageing, stock loss, space management) within the store.
2. Ensure that the store is in compliance with the company policy for all employment and state laws, including wage and hour, human rights and equal employment opportunities.
3. Oversee and monitor all point of sales activities in the store which includes - sales transactions, tracking customer orders and payments, registering sale and maintaining inventory updates, providing service, handling returns and refunds, gathering consumer data for feedback
4. Review and provide regular feedback on staff’s performance against expectations
5. Carry out regular and relevant in-store training and enroll staff on relevant Learning and Development courses
6. Monitor staff welfare (staff accommodation and transport) and facilitate complaint resolution
7. Execute price revisions within the store
8. Prepare and review store reports on sales, commercial profit and stock ageing (slow moving, fast moving and non moving items)

• Planning and guiding the medical reps on sales target achievement.
• Closing the product reference with the medical reps and doctors to achieve the sales goals.
• Organize conference and meetings during launch of new products.
• Reporting to next high level management on sales and other product related matters.
• Collecting market feedback and reporting the same to the high level management.

• The job profile includes overall responsibility for strategic planning, leading, executing and reporting of all events.
Event Management
• Developing objectives and strategy for each events matching with overall company strategy and objectives including development, coordination and execution of events.
• Communicate effectively with all appropriate groups regarding events such as: conference overview, timeline, requirements, pre/post event meetings, etc.
Reporting
• Developing and coordinating pre-show reports to appropriate show attendees and manager.
• Timely reporting of overall business generation of each event to higher authorities.
