I am part of the treasury team taking care of the fund transfer,
Letter of credit (LC), Letter of guarantee (LG) and preparing the
cash position of all the companies.
 Evaluate accountant statements for clients.
 Perform verification of transactions.

 Handling petty cash of the entire Head office.
 Preparing Cheques and Organize customer payments.
 Prepares documents and files for creating reports.
 Preparing Bank reconciliation.
 Following up with the bank on the status of the LC, LG and Fund
transfers.
 Handling Quick Laundry accounts.
 Filling all the bank documents and keeping a backup of all
documents.
 Handling all the bank related works directly with the RM.
