• Preparation of cost budget which includes detailed breakdown of labour, materials, Subcontractor’s and other overheads with quantity and cost to be incurred.
• Cost monitoring, procurement Support, Cost checking /Analysis, Cost Comparison/Control, Reporting, Documentation.
• Re-measuring actual quantities required and handing over to purchase department to execute the job.
• Cost budget results support to projects set budget for procurement of material or subcontract works or enable Management to take remedial action incase of any loss in profit or allows mitigate measures to be taken
• Preparation of Interim payment application to client which includes physical progress reports, daily or monthly reports, measurement sheets, inspection reports, approved drawings, approved variations, photographs or any other information or instruction pertaining to the cost or claim.
• Follow up, verification by Engineer / Client and Get Certified.
• Preparation of variations which may be due to change in Design, Change in specification to adopt the advancement of technology, Instructions by Engineer or Client etc.
• Preparation of sub-contractors bill in time for smooth running of project.
• Assess and evaluate contractors claim.
• Re measurement of work as per subcontractors claim.
• Preparation of New Rate Analysis.
• Preparation of Final Account.
