The main motive of the Company INJAZ is encouraging the Emirati Youth in planning their career through business mentoring programs and activities. The Emirati youth along with their participation and linking Emirati participants leading the successful role models as part of taking motivation in themselves in making decisions and entrepreneurs.UAE corporations are given with opportunities to build their future workforce and support Emiratization.
Roles and Responsibilities
•Make update to the meetings and making decisions or take part of problem solving as part of the Organization.
•Advertising the events and programs in social network and Company Website under instructions given which is made available to the Emirati Youth to take part in programs.
•Responding to emails (Dubai-Abudhabi) and giving necessary instructions and helping them to clear doubts regarding the forms and applications that they have to fill for the entry for the programs .
•Updating the data sheet regarding the student details and preparing the certificates for the students.
•Reporting to the Manager and updating the happening the organization and sending the final reports, essential tools, suggestion from other employees and overall information to the Manager.
•Rearranging all the files according to the Company name and maintaining responsibilities as part of handling leadership style.
•With effective communication and organizing skills.
