• Supervise the delivery of materials and supplies to all the desired destinations upon schedule and/or request. Make emergency deliveries as needed. Ensure accuracy of request forms.

Knowledge of WMS and have experience in the different modules of WMS such as Receiving, Put away, Picking, Packing, and Dispatch.
Handling Shipments Inbound & Outbound of 1.5 Million units Weekly for 287 Different LDCs & Stores throughout GCC and other Countries with 24 different world’s top brands.
Ensuring all the inbound cargo arrivals are de-stuffed within the agreed standards
Determining the strength and performance of the team individuals
Responsible to maintain the stock movement registers of all incoming & outgoing transactions.
To maintain occupational health and safety standards within the warehouse
Ensure all management decisions and briefings are communicated in an effective manner to the staff.
Strictly follow the guidelines in performing task E.g. Allocation list, pack ratios, price list, pre retailing etc
Co-ordinate with Merchandisers regarding new shipment, follow up on stock damage during transit
storage/excess claims to be prepared, ensure stock is properly binned /tagged.
racking of all promotional and non-sale items and forward the stock level at regular intervals.
Execute the daily work of cycle count team such as RF scanning, manual counting, and location enquiry, reconciliation work for more than 20 leading Brands and a million items, in 264 thousands location.
Ensure proper storage of all shipments receiving in the warehouse.
