I am skilled at estimating costing, contract scheduling, preparing variation orders / value of work done, processing payment certificate / as built recording, pricing of construction claims, and contractual correspondence with various agencies. I have hands-on-experience in preparing PAC and FAC payment certificates and sending them to the client’s finance department for their approval and following with them until the payment is transferred to the contractor’s bank account. I hold an expertise in taking necessary action to gain the release of all bank guarantees like advance bank guarantee, performance bond, and guarantees submitted to traffic department / municipality etc.
