As the Technical Head of Maharashtra Farms at West Coast Frozen Foods Pvt Ltd, I efficiently managed over 40 hectares of
land, driving Vannamei production from inception to harvest. Through meticulous planning and execution, I consistently met
production targets, overseeing nursery stocking, seed transfer, and disease prevention protocols. My leadership skills were

fish and shrimp production across various pond sizes. I successfully oversaw sea bream farming operations in cages and
ponds, ensuring precise stocking and size grading protocols. My unwavering dedication to hygiene and stringent quality
standards led to the consistent delivery of premium-grade harvested products, supported by proactive disease prevention
measures that enhanced farm productivity. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in driving marketing initiatives, promoting our
fin fish and shrimp products across retail and wholesale markets throughout the UAE, bolstering brand visibility and driving
sales growth
During my tenure, I excelled in supervising and monitoring various shrimp grow-out ponds, ensuring optimal health, growth,
and quality. Directly reporting to the General Manager on a weekly basis, I provided valuable technical consultation to
customers, conducted field day tours, surveys, and seminars for farmers, fostering enhanced industry knowledge and
engagement. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in assisting new customers in the design, construction, and development of
super-intensive shrimp farms, showcasing expertise in the installation of heavy equipment and implementing biosecurity and
probiotic farming procedures. My meticulous approach led to the maintenance of successful demonstration ponds, with
regular monitoring of shrimp health, average daily growth, and product quality, culminating in the submission of
comprehensive pond performance reports with cost analysis, thus contributing significantly to the company's growth and
reputation
During my tenure, I successfully spearheaded the planning, coordination, and direction of quality control programs, ensuring
consistent production aligning with established standards. I developed and modified company quality systems and
procedures, conducted sensory evaluations, weight, count, and defect checks, and monitored product quality in accordance
with company specifications. Additionally, I managed finished product micro sample collection, documentation, and
shipping, while also verifying and organizing HACCP, production, and specification paperwork to uphold plant food safety and
quality standards, ensuring personnel safety hazards were effectively addressed.
